Everton in the Community

We are extremely excited to announce that Roylemac10 are now an official supporter of Everton in the Community, the official charity of Everton Football Club.
Not only will we donate £10 to Everton in the Community for every agreed warranty per individual unit (houses, apartments and/or commercial properties), the company is also offering the same donation to projects built by Merseyside registered builders constructing outside of the region.
Everton in the Community Director of Development Lesley Beattie said: “We are thrilled to be working with an organisation that mirrors our vision and ambition to tackle child poverty and Roylemac10’s support is needed now more than ever. The impact of Covid-19 has really taken its toll on our already disadvantaged communities and the backing of like-minded organisations such as Roylemac10 means that we can work stronger together to alleviate child poverty in our region.”
Our new relationship with Everton in the Community has got off to a winning start with us recently completing individual building warranties for 97 units at Parliament Square, equating to a donation of £970. Barry Donoghue of Legacie Developments added, “We are delighted that Roylemac10 are contributing funds from our scheme at Parliament Square to such a worthy cause and congratulate their efforts in supporting those in need through Everton in the Community’s work. A recent independent evaluation has shown that for every £1 invested in Everton in the Community, £14.74 of societal value is generated for society through its ground-breaking work meaning that Roylemac10’s initial donation would equate to more than £14,000 of societal value for the local area.
